das reno.

A clear way forward

From an idea
to your everyday.

Four stages.
One considered direction.

Define the brief, assess the existing space, agree the scope and prepare for the work. Each stage has practical decisions and a clear outcome.

01

Set priorities and define the rooms.

Project brief.

Every renovation starts with understanding the home you have and the home you want to live in. Share the rooms involved, your suburb and the changes that would make the biggest difference.

A useful outcome

A room-by-room brief, with essential improvements separated from optional upgrades.

02

Check dimensions, access and existing conditions.

A closer look.

A consultation or site visit, arranged with you, helps connect your ideas to the existing space. Check the existing dimensions, service locations, access and the condition of surfaces before finalising the design.

A useful outcome

A more informed picture of your space and the possibilities worth considering.

03

Confirm scope, selections and schedule.

A considered plan.

Bring the proposed scope, finishes and timing together in a written project plan. Review the quote and clarify the details before deciding how to proceed.

A useful outcome

An agreed scope and quote before work is committed.

04

Bring the agreed plan to life.

Your space, renewed.

The focus moves to the agreed work and the decisions that support it. At completion, walk through the space together and review the details that belong to your project.

A useful outcome

A completed space reviewed against the agreed project scope.

Every home is different

A process with
room for you.

The final scope and schedule depend on your home and the work agreed. Share your priorities and any important dates early so they can be considered in the plan.

Submit your project brief
What should I include in my enquiry?

Your name, a phone number, your suburb and a few sentences about the renovation. You can also mention the property type, the rooms involved, your preferred timing and any priorities you already have.

Can you give a price before seeing the space?

A useful quote needs a clear scope. The size of the space, existing conditions, finishes and what is being changed all affect the work. Compare quotes against the same written inclusions, product selections, exclusions and assumptions. A lower total may reflect a different scope.

How long will a renovation take?

Timing depends on the agreed scope, site conditions, materials and coordination of the work. Discuss any important dates early; a project schedule should be considered alongside the scope rather than assumed from a general estimate.

Does submitting the form book a site visit?

No. The form sends an enquiry for the team to review. A consultation or site visit is arranged separately with you after the initial discussion.

Your next chapter

Prepare foryour renovation.

You do not need a finished design. A suburb, a space and a few ideas are enough to begin.
